Doug Simmers,  Senior Pastor / Worship Leader
Senior Pastor and Worship Leader, His street-wise, innovative often humorous teachings creatively show biblical concepts in simple easy to understand ways.

Dr. Paul "Cowboy" Simmers, Associate Pastor
His ranch filled with horses & Parelli on speed dial, this Cowboy knows more than horses. He is an actual behavioral scientist. He got his Ph.D. from University of Maryland in behaviorism as well as many other degrees including Divinity.
Mike Brooks, Head Deacon
Mike is one of the Volunteer staff members. He is the head of the deacons at Crossway. The deacons are part of the volunteer servant leadership at Crossway.
 
Lori Mathews, - Church Secretary
Lori keep track of the church facility and schedule. If you wish to  join the church, be baptized or want to schedule an event, or find out when something is Lori knows all.
Robin Simmers, Living Instruments Dance Team

Lori Browning, Event Planning Ministry
Lori is on staff and planning events for Crosswayians to get together and do stuff. From family events at local parks to Game Night were we all come together and play board games to the Youth Retreat, Lori is in the middle of it all.
Tom Browning, Production Audio/Visual/Media Crew
Tom pulls the media team together each Sunday to run the sound, lights and video presentations as well as streaming and recording the service for Podcasting.
